![]() ![]() But, it would be nice if they were a bit tougher than the enemies at the start of the game, and not just in level. Obviously, in a randomizer, they're going to be completely random. In the normal games, endgame is full of dragons and other threats(Dragonbreath Onix, Discharge Porygon, etc.). ![]() Another way you could do it is if you adjusted the selling prices of items so you don't get a huge return on gummis, TMs, scarves, and such items.Ĭ) The later enemies are sometimes weak. They can choose to make TMs spawn more/less frequently to change the difficulty. ![]() How to fix: Again, let the player adjust item weight. This means that they can buy Revivers from the shop every day, becoming pretty much unkillable after buying enough of them. They can sell TMs they can't use, as well as Gold Ribbons(and similar items), to gain huge amounts of money. This way, the user can choose how easy/hard they want the game to be.ī) The player gets a lot more money than usual. How to fix: Let the user adjust item weight, rather than making it totally random. The enemies do not gain power at the same rate that you do. Each gummi gives at least a +1 to your stats, which makes a huge difference once you collect a few pages of them. This a combination of factors:Ī) Gummis spawn a lot more than usual. Later in the game, it becomes way too easy. After a few runs, you should be able to make it through by sheer luck, unless you get incredibly powerful enemies.Ģ. That being said, it really isn't that big of a problem. Or maybe it would choose Pokemon with weak starting movepools(might be a bit harder to code) to place in Beach Cave instead. This would lower the levels of the Pokemon that appear in Beach Cave, which should help this issue a little. ![]() How to fix: add an option for "easy Beach Cave" in the randomizer. There's nothing the player can do, because they have no items at this point. It isn't uncommon to get one-shot or two-shot by the first enemy. The very start of the game is way too hard. I had a few issues with the difficulty, so I'll go into detail about that.ġ. I've played EoS a little with your randomizer, and had quite a bit of fun. Vadixidav - Helped a lot with some of the coding. Psy_commando & evandixon of Project Pokemon - Research on pretty much everything else about Explorers of Sky, creating the wiki page for it. OgreGunner & nhahtdh of GameFaqs - Major research on where dungeon data is stored. This tool requires Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 to run. These options can all be enabled and disabled independent of each other. The pokemon that appear in each dungeon. This program randomizes the following aspects of the game: Thank you for your years of support and for understanding our decision.Seeing as the PMD games weren't mysterious enough, I made a randomizer for them. We hope our actions will be a small step toward ending piracy of all creators’ works. Effective today, we will be pulling our code repositories offline, discontinuing our Patreon accounts and Discord servers, and, soon, shutting down our websites. Piracy was never our intention, and we believe that piracy of video games and on video game consoles should end. We have come to the decision that we cannot continue to allow this to occur. In particular, we have been deeply disappointed when users have used our software to leak game content prior to its release and ruin the experience for legitimate purchasers and fans. But we see now that because our projects can circumvent Nintendo’s technological protection measures and allow users to play games outside of authorized hardware, they have led to extensive piracy. We started the projects in good faith, out of passion for Nintendo and its consoles and games, and were not intending to cause harm. Yuzu and its team have always been against piracy. We write today to inform you that yuzu and yuzu’s support of Citra are being discontinued, effective immediately. ![]()
